Paper Quilt Project

Artists from over 32 countries came together to produce the The Paper Quilt Project. A year long project these artists shared their lives, culture and art with each other. Founded by Dawbis, an artist & environmentalist with a lot of paper scraps lying around the house, this project was completed in December 2007. Dawbis hopes that the Paper Quilt Project will make a “difference in the , qworld, now matter how small or big.”

“Each month 12 new artists created a collage interpreting the project’s theme, ‘A Day in my Life,’ and gave us a glimpse into their world. Every collage from each month will soon be sewn together to create 12 amazing and unique individual paper quilts. And later each paper quilt will be auctioned off or donated to charity in order to raise money for a cause that matters most to the artists.”

Resume Paper

Resume paper can speak volumes about you and can assist you in landing your next job. Make the right impression by using high-quality 100% cotton paper like Crane pearl white resume sheets. Personally I would stick with traditional colors like white or ecru (a beige color).

To stand out from the crowd you may want to mail your resume in a flat envelope instead of folding it and sending it in a traditional envelope. Additionally, a flat piece of paper is easier to handle and read. For best results print your resume using a laser printer. Inkjet printers tend to apply ink unevenly and have the tendency to smudge.
